My favorite song "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow." One of the top Girl Groups.
I like the CD, If you like their music , this is a Great Cd.Has lots of hits on it.
These record distibutors should warn buyers if the contents is original or not and let us make the decission to buy knowing that. I have purchased similar artists from this era (50's & 60's) and received Remake Junk. Any way this is a great CD that covers probably all there radio hits as I remember them. Whew. You get the original recordings with this CD.
--BW This collection of the Shirelles (25 All-Time Greatest Hits) really is comprehensive, but the sound is disappointing. Even cranked up, the fidelity just isn't there.
Just having ".love me tomorrow." "Soldier Boy" "Dedicated to the One I Love" and "Mama Said" plus many others bring back some wonderful memories of younger times. As a teenager, it was always very difficult to buy all the hit songs of one's favorite singer or group. If you like the ladies' groups from the early years of rock, can't go wrong with one The CD is pleasant listening and has a good quality of sound to it. The usual progression was an album with 2 or 3 hits, followed by another, if they lasted that long, and, finally, five years later you'd get the compete set. This album has all the Shirelles big hits and I got them all in 1 purchase.
